- WhatsApp: Messages received and sent through your connected WhatsApp Business account
- Instagram: Direct messages received and sent through your connected Instagram Business page
- Telephony: Call logs, recordings, and caller information from connected phone numbers

6. Call Recordings and Transcripts
Phone calls handled by Eka Agent may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality purposes. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you (the account owner). You are responsible for informing your callers about call recording in accordance with applicable laws.

We use essential cookies for authentication and service functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. By using the Service, you consent to our use of essential cookies.
