Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases and subscriptions made on Eka Agent ("Service"), operated by Fedna Research LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Subscription Plans
Eka Agent offers subscription-based plans that may be billed monthly or annually. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period to new users. During the free trial, you can use the Service without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account may be automatically converted to a paid subscription based on the plan you selected.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at legal@fednaresearch.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 1 day (24 hours) before your renewal date. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period expires
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation, provided the request was made at least 1 day before renewal
- Your AI agent will stop handling calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram DMs once your subscription expires
- If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before renewal, the next billing cycle charge may apply and will not be refunded
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made for Eka Agent subscriptions, add-ons, and services are non-refundable. By subscribing to the Service and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All subscription fees, once charged, are final and non-refundable
- Phone number purchase or rental fees are non-refundable
- Usage-based charges (call minutes, message volumes) are non-refundable
- Fees for add-on services or one-time purchases are non-refundable
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period
- Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference
We strongly recommend using any available free trial to evaluate the Service before making a purchase.
4.1 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered solely at the Company's discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full
- Unauthorised transactions: If a charge was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately for investigation
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the pro-rata difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate will apply from the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference when downgrading.
6. Service Termination by Us
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue the Service entirely, you will receive a pro-rata credit or refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
7. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at legal@fednaresearch.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
